Chin Chin Sydney brings the vibrant energy and bold flavors of its Melbourne sibling to Surry Hills. Located in the historic Griffiths Teas building, this buzzing restaurant has quickly become one of Sydney's most exciting dining destinations. Our menu draws inspiration from the streets, markets, and hawker stalls of Southeast Asia, with a focus on Thai, Vietnamese, and Chinese flavors. Executive Chef Benjamin Cooper creates dishes that balance sweet, sour, salty, and spicy elements, delivering an explosion of flavor with every bite. The restaurant's design reflects its energetic culinary approach, with an open kitchen, communal tables, and a lively atmosphere enhanced by music and the constant buzz of conversation. The space is designed to be social and fun, making it perfect for group dining and shared feasts. Downstairs, you'll find GoGo Bar, our moody cocktail den serving creative drinks that complement the Southeast Asian flavors upstairs. With your Sydney Super Pass, you can enjoy a complimentary dessert with any main course, giving you the perfect excuse to try our famous palm sugar ice cream sundae or another sweet treat from our menu.

Incredible flavors and such a fun atmosphere! We ordered the kingfish sashimi, pad seuw, and crispy barramundi - all were outstanding. Using our Super Pass for a free dessert was the perfect ending to the meal. The palm sugar ice cream sundae is to die for!

Great food and vibrant atmosphere. It's loud and energetic, so not the place for a quiet dinner, but perfect for a fun night out. The 'feed me' menu is excellent value, and we used our Super Pass for a free dessert. Be prepared to wait if you don't have a reservation.
